Well, you could use Omicron Theta - Omicron 74 - Omicron Kappa route. It's not breaking the rules, but for a BH BS I would class it as OORP.
But it is the only way I see, because you can't go through Liberty either. You could, but you'd probably get killed by the Liberty Navy, Nomads or the Order (the most likely).
