In consideration of participating, and working in "Planetform Inc." I, Maezer Hecklor, hereby agree to the
following terms laid out.
1.) TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may in the future have against Planetform Inc.,
their directors, officers, representatives, and fellow employees, (Hereinafter collectively referred
to as "the Releases");
2.) RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense
that I may suffer as a result of my employment in Planetform Inc.
3.) TO HOLD HARMLESS AND IDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any damage to
property of, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from my employment in Planetform Inc.
4.) That this Agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns,
in the event of my death.

I have read and understood this agreement, and I am aware that by signing this agreement
I am waiving certain legal rights which I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators,
and assigns may have against the releases.

The following are risk's I have myself and my family aware of are: Broken Limbs, Scrapes, Cuts,
Held at gunpoint, Engaged in open space, Smashed by an Asteriod, Accidental Planetary entrence,
Faulty computer hardware, being captured, being eaten alive, death.
