Greetings officers.

My name is Adrian Shephard, formerly a Universal Shipping security officer, now acting as a loosely affiliated member of the Bounty Hunters Guild. Since I am planning to operate mainly around Liberty and aid the Police in securing the safety and well being of the Libertonian citizens by the elimination of various criminal assets, I am hereby registering my ship to be able to claim further bounties.

The bounty I am intending to claim is that of an Outcast Guard vessel, designated as MIG_31, a Recycler-class Super Heavy Fighter. I stumbled upon the vessel and two of his comrades between Fort Bush and Manhattan, a Liberty Assault Battlecruiser also shortly arrived. Two of the pirates fled, but I managed to catch the MIG_31 and after informing him his head will be claimed, I opened fire at him. His heavily armored ship endured my shots well and he replied me with firing dual missiles, which were his doom aswell. He bit one of my mines just as he was firing the missiles, which resulted in his destruction.
