Other than the restriction on new york, the order can go just about anywhere it wants to regardless of ship type.
HOWEVER, we do try to respect the house laws when applicable. Rheinland does not like non-rheinland warships in it's space, so we only take fighters into rheinland territories (at least, the decent players have that kind of respect, most indies dont, and we continually get reports of the hessians or RM blowing up our ships because dumbass indies take them wherever and whenever without considering the consequences).
We operate a little more freely in kusari due to relations with the hogosha and kusari government, though not much ever really happens there. Outcast space is rough, since a lot of "less intelligent" outcast players think we're working with the corsairs all the time, and consider us enemies. Decent outcasts dont generally bother us, I even made some deals with them back during 4.84.
We generally avoid bretonia due to the fact that something in the repninja or repping process makes us hostile to 99% of the house, criminals and lawfuls alike. Still, occasionally we go there to check up on the nomad city or nomad lair.
Gallia is a different story... they dont like us anymore than they like anyone else. Some effort has been made to deal with the council, but nothing has come of it yet. In general we have to be very careful in gallic space, and try to maintain limited neutrality with both sides, as we certainly do not want to have to deal with any more enemies than we already have.
