While it is true that I've had my eyes on eventually saving up to get a ship for my faction to RP with, my 'jealousy', as you put it, has nothing to do with this.

So you take back your previous statement about anybody not piloting a capital ship abstaining solely due to laziness?

Capital ship balance does affect fighter pilots as well, as fighter pilots frequently find themselves attacked by capital ships. Back before cruise drain, they could be killed by a capital ship just cruising to 3k from them and then taking them out with some quick gunfire.

No, it was typed and is there to stay. If you feel you are not too lazy to trade, and are not simply jealous of capital ships, yet do not have one and do intend to get one, do not partake in decisions which affect their game-play.

Fighter pilots are attacked by BS weaponry? Are you serious? The situation is more like a group of bombers come up to a sole BS and pwn it. Either way, cruise power drain does not stop or reduce the issue, whilst making it even more difficult for capital ship pilots to fly.

Having said that, I have only tried this new update sporadically on my capital ships, so my responses are completely generic at this point in time. I expect to have my full opinion in a week or so.
