"David Curtis..." Austin mumbled out loud, to the empty room. He shrugged a bit, and opened up a reply to the transmission.

Mister Curtis, I'm Lieutenant Commander Austin Goodmen, temporary in charge of the recruitment process down at the recruitment station. Your application looks swell, but, I'll need to speak to you in person to answer questions. So, when and if you have time, please come down to the office.
