Using of nomad cannons in capships

Now, I don't see what the matter is insofar as the weaponry. Nomad technology is accessible to everyone, just as the Inferno (capital ship variety), Cerberus (capital ship variety), Order/Corsair (you guessed it, capital ship variety) are. If one faction can use alien technology, why can't all? [Note, I expect Nightfall to speak to me harshly soon...:P]

And the difference in technology between a fighter weapon and a capital ship weapon would be what, exactly? Very little to nothing - this is but a natural extension.

Also, don't you dare accuse me of not having an RP-appropriate layout. I've worked damn hard to make sure it is, and went to the extremes of replacing my Cerbs with blasted civilian transport turrets. Okay? I've purposely weakened my destroyer, and currently have but one Cerb, the three Infernos, and the civie weaponry.

You are contradicting yourself. First you say its fine to use it, then says me to not dare accuse you of using such weaponry. I was using "you" in the plural, and if you are the leader of this fleet, so yes, it can be applied to you even if you are not using it on your ships.

And I proved this afternoon that five fighters versus one destroyer is a one-sided match - the destroyer has the upper hand.

Yes, before this engagement there was another near Tsushima Depot where I destroyed two KNF fighters, then I retreated to Tau 23 to do a weapon check. The engagement described above is the second one, who happened near the Tau 23 jump hole.
You can write your new book about how you became diplomat, etc, and do all blablabla about RP, this, for me, will be nothing when your boys uses nomad turrets instead of kusari weaponry.
