great work. would also like to see a 'no running lights' option added to this.

You can't remove stuff from those hardpoints, but you can do this.

If you don't want any lights on your ship, just add either of these two, on every slot.

equip = DockingLightRed, DockingLightRed
equip = DockingLightRedSmall, DockingLightRedSmall

They're docking lights, so they only work when you're docking with a base or jumpgate.
