To: Corsairs high command

I was speaking about battle fleet that I am in command in my corporation but about supplies we don't want to take any warships of anyclass to your systems , just whales with ship hull pannels , basic alloy , food , consumer goods and other required by Corsairs Empire things that need to be delivered to your stations.
Like I said the battle fleet I mantioned is the group of warships that I am in command in Pioneer Corporation and we don't want to enter our fleet your systems , at least not more than 2 bombers in escort and even if you would like those to stay outside I will agree and wait just outside the Jump Hole.

I understand that Omicron 91 is off-limits although I have intel about somekind of shipyard there where I think ship hull pannels and basic alloy would be needed ...but like i said I made this request to make the permission official and to avoid asking everytime where I can go with supplies and where I'm not allowed to.

I forgot to mantion in first mesage but we would like to ask Corsairs High Command to consider PC Friendly to Corsairs and we would like in exchange for our services that Corsairs would stop any hostile actions against PC fleet , both trading and escorts. We understand that it is bold of us to ask for something like this from Corsairs Empire and we will fully understand if you decline but PC considers Corsairs friendly and good neighbours and we want you to just let us be in Sirius space.
What I mean about hostile actions : Taxing , pirating , demanding cargo , atacking or any other way that PC transports can suffer from Corsairs.
We understand that it is just your way of life but it would be a great award for our efforts.

You're going a bit fast.
My mens won't exempt your ships from our taxes until I say so. Nevertheless, as long we read you with goods heading to our bases, you'll be granted an escort if requested and no charges as recompenses for this hard work. Any other situations will lead to our standard taxes wherever we find you in our space, from Bretonia and the Omegas to the Sigmas through the Omicron systems.
As by our laws, I will remind you should announce yourself when getting in our space, and even more in Omicron Gamma where you will only find a one-way ticket to hell if you don't and try to get in our bases without being scanned previously.

I'm not officially talking for the Brotherhood they lead the Omicron 91 system, but I'm more than confident saying their logistic wing is working well enough to provide the system. They will surely accept your support by putting your goods to their docks at Crete.
For now, I remember no exception in the Omicron 91 target acquirement. It's at your own risks to get blown by our defensive systems.
