Herr Bishop.

The Red Hessian Army is keen on helping forces working against the barbarian Corsair hordes in Sirius. This deal wouldn't have been possible without the declaration of a cease fire between your group and the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army. The reason why I am mentioning this is that it is important to the additional set of terms that we want to present:

The Omega systems and Rheinland are declared as under Hessian protection. All members and assets of the SCRA, Mollys, Bundschuh, LWB and Unioners are not to be harmed while passing or operating within that scope of territory. Furthermore, our movement reserves the right to declare any ship within the outlined territory as protected by the Red Hessians, and as such not to be harmed.

In addition to that, I need your personal assurance that no information learned by any means about any of our operations in the Omega systems is going to leak out into the wider world. We have ways of knowing if our enemies elsewhere are aware of our operations, which is why the ships you receive will be fitted with killswitches. Should we find out there are leaks, those killswitches will be engaged and will render the ships inoperable, as well as our agreement void. Security of information is of utmost importance to us... to me personally, and I am going to do everything in my power to keep it at the highest possible level.

If you can agree to those terms, then we can finalise this deal within the week. The Lokis will be prepared on Vogtland, ready to rip those Titans apart as long as the deal lasts.
