{A face appears on the screen, haggard, bloody, broken. It twitches nervously, glancing around as if searching for something, before focusing it's attention back on the screen.}
"Gentlemen, we've boarded his ship, but we have a problem. Myself and three others are all that's left. His crew and he have taken out the entirity of my crew. . ."
{One of the military officers at the table slams his fists down upon it.}
"You can't seriously expect us to believe that! There's no way the crew compliment of a gunboat could take out a full trained military battleship crew!"
{The man on the screen looks around nervously again, before turning back to the screen.}
"Believe it sir. They're like wraiths. Coming from one side, killing, disappearing to another. As if the almost constant Nomad attacks aren't bad enough!"
{The screen flickers momentarily before the officers realize the lights had dimmed from some kind of monstrous impact against the ship. The man on the screen looks around again, moments before his head explodes in a shower of gore across the screen, and the device falls to the deck. Metal-shod boots are heard clanking across the deck before someone else picks up the screen and smiles. It's a face only a nightmare could imagine. Long white hair, or at least, it appears to be white, it's streaked with blood now. A crooked nose, broken, obviously more than once, and never quite set back the right way.}
