But i find we can't rely on the admins as much as we could say a few months ago.

Why rely on a group of admins?

Rules are being broken on a daily basis except people can't be arsed to post a sanction report because by the time the admins get the time to do it, it's ancient history.

And here comes the answer to clarify my first answer.

It's unwise to let the Admins do all the cleaning for you, sanction reports are not always the way to go.
We all as a community have to correct those who need to be corrected.
Teach them on how it actually should be done, and if theres just absolutely no way you can teach the player then you can always fill in a sanction report.

why do you think we have The Angels? They do something we all should sometimes do.

Were seeing gallic gunboats in liberty as a common phenomenon and people just seem to be doing whatever they feel like without fear of consequence.

Yes I can understand how Liberty can get on your nerves sometimes, that maybe why it's a good idea to have a secondary character that is not Liberty based. Trust me you'll love to get out sometimes and not be in the middle of Liberties chaos.

Also, even though it's very bad to see Gallic Gunboats, and other ships/pilots who should not be there flying around I've seen [LN] (the official faction) handle it perfectly well, they usually escort the vessels out of Liberty. I've only see them doing it but I'm sure LPI and indies have done this as well.

It's not the more admins we need, it's the more effort we all need to put into our new members to make them fit in.
