Just a point of note, Panzer wanted to get out of it, not the CR. Yes, he leads it, but just so that it's clear, many people including some of the other leadership who made the alliance and perhaps still want it.
However, I'll support Panzer's decision because it's the right thing to do (support the leader of the faction, and unless the Quorum is against or he changes his mind after Lo's appearance, this will have to happen).

Doesnt really matter who supports it and who doesnt, as Panzer is the faction leader, and has been involved in both situations between the CR and Kusari. Seems he is pushing things in a particular way that doesnt allow for anything else but a break in the relations between the CR and Kusari.
