Why don't we all take a step back , take a deep breath and rethink all.

1 ) If we are going to drop the relations with Kusari , IF , we are not going on a state of war, simply neutral. ( in my oppinion)
2 ) Any Colonial will respond if he is under fire , no matter what it is .. KNF , KSP , Samura, Hunters , BH , GC, BD , IMG or any other faction . You fire on us we defend pure and simple. And we always fire first on the one that fired on us.
3 ) I was not there , had some RL problems , however , the CR don't enter Kusari for fights , we have those more then enough from our "honorable" Outcasts neighbors . As one Colonial stated here , we wait 10 mins in Tau 37 we have all the OC around wanting blue messages , we stay more then 1 hour in Tau 23 same thing.
We entered Kusari space only when : a) A trader , Colonial or IMG is ready to set sail to Rheiland or Liberty.Escort duty , however , Colonial ISE units are like : Come here dear pirates , we haz cookies ! so we must secure the area. However, our units should know how to escort since there is one big thread on our forum.
b) We are called by the Kusari Forces to aid them , if they call us good , if not even better , the OC never give us any free time.
c) We pursue Enemies of the Republic. What , if they take the Jump hole to Kyushu , we should give up the chase ? Enemies of the Republic are mostly enemies of the Kusari.

4 ) The president issue , in-RP talking. If the Q12 decide that the President don't act as in the benefit of the Nation , well , they can take over. Example : The OC-CR pact , then the Fleet cleaned the mess.
5 ) Let Panz and Lotek have their talks cause none of us is mind readers to check what they think . And let this be sent on the proper channels .
