Yes, you can be, but not with defending unorganised bunch of smugglers (which are making Malta rich). Because with time you'd organise them and make proper control.

So a GC is not a Women spending their Freetime with a private Ship? They fight in them, they kill in them. By the Way, only my Blossom is meant to be directly from the GC. The Orchid is actually a Project of Jameson and Renge of a Bomber based on the Blossom. But well I didn't manage to write that down so far since my Photoshop stopped working.
