i'm of the opinion that those factions actually restrict what you're able to do in game a lot.
yes, the ID's seem open, BUT! they are all attached to an official faction, one that is hard to get into (excl. terrorist, but that's damn hard to attain)
these factions have a myriad of rules and regulations not placed in the ID, and if you screw up, penalties are pretty severe.

so yeah, these guys have a bit more freedom under server/ID rules as they're regulated by the faction itself, something i think is an excellent idea as it allows the faction to RP the way it wants.

like a few players here, i dont like Keepers, wild or phantoms, i personaly think their RP is a bit silly, but they do a damn good job of it whether i like it or not.
