This does constitue a warning and not a sanction. You still have the ship. Jailing is standard for this kind of thing. It resolves matters quickly. Check the other sanctions.
When people report rules violations they can't be ignored. You were reported. The sanction was discussed and processed. I fail to see how I personally and the "Hunteros" come into this. I got to post the sanction. It was one of many I posted. It is not as much fun as you may believe. If we start PM ing people on some reports and not on others that is hardly being even-handed.
If you have permission to fly the ship, the persons giving said permission haven't posted it in the correct place. They should do so immediately (link above - it's there for a reason) and apologise to you for causing you this upset.
Rule-breaking and processing violations - whether out of malice or mistake - are not a joke. Get the person who gave you permission to post in the correct place where it can be seen by Admins checking on reports and you will be released. Until then, you remain in violation of the rules.
