If you are referring to last night, there was a miner F1'ing out of game every time we would approach. We couldn't get close enough to get the message about his cloaking device. So we put 2 ships in his area and waited for him to enter game. As soon as we logged in he F1'd and by doing so we were close enough to catch proof of him doing it. A sanction report has been filed and that issue is over.
