Admin Notice: Player sanctioned

Imrahil has been sanctioned for breaking the following rules

3.3 Out-of-character (OOC) chat must not be used in system or local chat. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.

A couple of things:
- Don't tell another player the rules in system chat. You are breaking the rules by doing so.
- If you stop and attempt to pirate a ship then that ship can just open fire on you. The role play has already happened.
