Imma make this simple. I am the friend of these people. When I started out on the server, it was these people that I joined up with and spent my time. When you act condescending and tell us that we're bad, that we have bad attitudes, I know that I'd bristle, simply because of the stunningly brilliant lack of tact involved.
When you senselessly insult my close friend -- and, in some ways, mentor -- and say that his/her/its "behavior" is "indicative of the attitude" that we allegedly have, of course I'll call you out on it.
When, in general, people come in and act as you have, y'all only further cement this alleged attitude. You only give us cause to say "Bugger off, we don't care what you think!" I do my damnedest to keep people reasonable on my side, but people coming in and having the GALL to think that they can judge us, being disappointed as if they're above us somehow, it only results in mutual alienation.
You sow the seeds of anger and hate with the way that you accuse us of things. It's as simple as that. We don't bristle without cause.
