HOGOSHA, and sairs are close. but KNF shoots them if they try to get further then honshu.
Dnicu, im afraid you are quite incorrect there, the Corsairs are generally close to the Kusari gov, mainly through our relations with Samura and the Hogosha, who have the majority of influence in Kusari. In fact the Corsairs are probably closer to the Kusari gov than the OC are to the Bretonian one, seeing as while the OC are neutral with a common enemy, the Corsairs are on good terms with the people that effectively control Kusari behind the scenes in a financial sense, through the artifact trade, which is almost legal in Kusari, unlike the Cardamine trade, which is not legal in Bretonia.
Now that i pointed that out... in regards to the topic, i think the fact that Bretonia and Liberty are about as close as allies can get, and Liberty despising the OC, openly using OC weapons would do far more harm to diplomatic relations than the small ammount of good it may do. So i think it would not be a good diplomatic move in regards to Bretonias relations with Liberty.
Also, id like to point out that Bretonia is in no way poor, it has the most powerful industry of all the Houses (except Gallia), and with by far the most raw materials of any house, Bretonia is rather well placed to survive in the long term. The problem is that they have to build their Armed Forces from scratch, as while the BAF was almost untouched by the Nomad War, they have not built upon the military since then, the Kusarians have, and now have vast numerical superiority.
Edit: But it the QCP are, as you say, 'in exile', then i guess it may not be too hard for them to get their hands on the weapons, especially if the Bret gov can sit back and denounce them for it, keeping diplomatic ties mostly unscathed i think.
