People who are in the room with me are in wonder as to why I am repeatedly gently tapping and sometimes slapping my forehead with my palm while reading this thread.
Were they to read what is located in this thread, I believe I'd most surely be asked what the hell I am doing in such a place.
To everyone, I am facepalming harshly and intensively. Some people here, from both sides, regrettably, are behaving, well, I won't say how they're behaving, but you get the picture, I believe.
Now, since I'm here, and I do hold all things Colonial in interest, I'll happily answer anyone's questions, this time -without- bias or anger.
So go ahead, ask anything, anything at all. And I'll answer, and I won't spare the merits and shortcomings of either side in my posting.
Frankly, I do not care if, and it -will- happen, some from the Colonial side call me names and get all pissy after my posts here.
I like that faction, I've invested a year and a half of my life in it. So, I tend to get a little disappointed when I see that, despite everything I've tried to do in all my time here, there are still people in the faction who drown all our great sides, which surprisingly do outnumber the bad ones, and show all their anger, bile, and utter unsuitability.
Though it'll seem like I'm blaming the Colonial side for the bad course this thread has taken, I don't. That is, not just the Colonial side, though if they, as I've said many times, should let only the calm and rational people(Looking primarily at Kaze and Politus at the moment) speak so that there can be a civil discussion.
Really, I must say that I am utterly disappointed by the posts of more than one member of my faction in this thread, honestly. And there is a serious lack of seriousness from the faction's leadership, I really must say, with the exception of Baal, whom you see here as Atreides, who is visibly trying.
To sum up, don't be angry, and keep calm. It is our place to keep calm and intelligent in this thread, even if particular members of the other posters don't, and here I must congratulate those who have criticized us today, but have done so constructively and objectively, keeping all the variables in mind(Looking at mwerte and Sindroms, though they have not been the only ones today).
Now, to avoid having to quote 10 pages worth of posts, feel free to ask anything you want, and I'll answer from the standpoint of someone who's not obsessed with a computer game, but who likes it and has been here a lot of days, months, flights, missions, arguments, disco drama, etc.
