I am issuing a new set of directives. Some of you may not agree with this, but they are needed. Our priorities have changed.

Attacks on ANY human vessel or nomad vessel outside of self defense are disallowed, unless a there are mitigating circumstances (IE, an order from a superior). Violence is not the answer to this, it only breeds itself. Peace is our number one priority.

However, this may be changed based on circumstances.

Rules of Engagement are as follows:
Attack only in self defense, this is condition one
Condition Two: Condition one is obsolete if humans are under attack, you are authorized to intervene, but within the strictures of your cover.


There are several people who should be left alone, this will be kept confidential as to avoid prying eyes.

Our Area of Operations is as follows:
The Omicron systems, excluding Gamma and Alpha.
The Omegas, specifically, 55 and 58
Gallia: we need to know more about the potential threat the GRN poses, you are to stay off grid in Gallia preferably
Liberty: Specifically, Alaska and Ellesmere
Kusari: Stay away from here for now, i am in talks with the Taishogun of the Blood Dragons about passage through here, i have an agent within Kusari at the moment, so we shall leave this alone for now. Trouble is brewing there, we need to know what, any actual alliances, we'll let the Order handle this.
Addendum 1:
The LSF are to be treated with suspicion, they are corrupt and possibly infested, same goes for the Navy, specifically, ignore any and all orders from director Julia Wolfe and Director Copperfield. Also, do not believe her if she states she is merely an agent, She is an assistant director.

Addendum 2: Our Area of Operations is dependent on the strictures of your Transponder codes and identification papers (//ID and tag, in short, if you're LSF stay in liberty, if you're bretonian, stay in bretonia, etc etc.)
Addendum 3; Orders from your superior officers are to be obeyed, unless morally unsound.
