Doctor Jericho Lamba Wilkins Born in California, LA in 765AS was from a proud aristocratic family. Even through his grade schooling he excelled at schooling and soon was able to attend the highest education institutions in all of Sirius. Receiving his Masters in Cambridge University and then his Doctoral at Oxford University, Leeds. Among his great successes in schooling he returned to Liberty as instructor for Manhattan University by the time he was 20.

After writing the several papers about engineering and design he received a grant for the Liberty Security Force to work in Research and Development. After close to 33 years due to his works and accomplishments Doctor Jericho Lamba Wilkins was promoted to Secretary of R&D With more drive then ever Doctor J-Wilkins continues a unwavering push for "Higher Science," and the development of the future.

You can typically find him enjoying his times reading or exploring not only space but the planets surfaces for anything of interests him that day. He is widowed with one daughter, and currently is undisclosed of his living arrangements. He is a LSF VIP and is often guarded despite his efforts to remove the guards so that he may feel relaxed.
