How bout you read alittle. Fascism as a governmental structure rose out of Mussolini's rule in Italy, and that was somewhat ideological, but Fascism has moved beyond that individual ideology of Italy and been used all over the world, not as an ideology but as a way to run a government or group. If fascism was an ideology, then all fascists all over the world would be trying to prove to everyone that Mussolini should be leader in their country. But you know, since he is dead, and fascism lives on, it means that it has changed from it's ideological origins.
That is why I can say she has a fair point in saying that fascism started as a somewhat ideological movement, but now is looked at as non-ideological and more as a system of government. Some of us do not think simply in black and white. Try to read and think people.
