Anyways. You'll need a disgruntled populace to start a fascist regime in FL. I mean, Mussolini came around because Italy got shafted in WWI by not getting land that was promised to them. Well, on top of a tanking economy. Hitler came about because the League of Nations basically stripped Germany of everything. And he had an army of disgruntled WWI vets at his back, but he sided with the Kaiser (?) at the time to smash them instead of taking power by force. Thus looking to be a hero, then he not-so-slowly wormed his way to the top.
Also, communism and fascism aren't the same things, for those of you who keep saying Stalin had a fascist regime. To nutshell it really far down, communism means everything belongs to the party. Everything. In a fascist state, there is at least some free market. Limited, but not controlled completely by the government.
