The story of Emily Lopez

Malta, Lopez Estate

It was a hot day on Malta; the rich and famous Lopez family members were resting at their own family lake, drinking liquid cardamine and playing games as the sun was burning over the sky. It seems everyone was enjoying the idyllic atmosphere, but not Emily, one of the Lopez daughters, who was then 16 years old. She always wanted to get out of Malta, forget the Outcasts, the Cardamine, the slavery, the corruption and the whole Nacion Maltesa in general. Everyone knew she was someone special, from the moment of her birth on she had a natural immunity to the negative effects of cardamine and thats why many Outcasts were looking down on her. Anyway, she was looking to get off Malta; she wanted an independent life, full of fashion, love and fun. And the only place that could fulfill her wishes was Planet Manhattan, the heart of the Outcasts enemies. She spent nights over nights watching hacked Liberty channels, especially all those commercial series like Sex and the City. And thats how her life goes on until.

Malta, El Diablo Night Bar

.she meets a young cardamine smuggler in a night bar. Ever since she was 14, she spent most of her weekends clubbing, drinking, smoking and making boys go all crazy about her. But that smuggler, his name was Leo, was not like the other boys. He was the first one who took her wishes seriously and gave her a feeling of security. So the 17 year-old rich girl fell in love with a 21 year-old, under-class smuggler. He promised her to take her to New York and live there together on Manhattan. The next day her new life was about to begin. In the middle of midnight, she left the Lopez Estate without a trace and ran to the nearest landing place. There was Leo, her hero, waiting in his stolen Rhino Freighter. They embraced each other and boarded the ship. The journey was about to begin.

New York orbit

It was a pretty long way, and they nearly got ambushed by a group of IMG scouts in Tau-23. And in California, a Liberty patrol nearly stopped them, but Leo was a very skilled pilot. Finally they reached the New York Orbit and started docking with the great docking gates. Millions and billions of ships were going through here, all day; there was no chance that they could be seen. But not today. Leo had bad luck; an officer saw a strange signature of his ship as it was entering the atmosphere. He immediately begain hunting them, and 3 other Fighters joined. Leos Rhino was too slow to keep up with them, so the only chance he had was launching a pod. Then, suddenly and out of nowhere a torpedo hit his engines. Leo quickly pushed Emily into the pod, as he wanted to step in, the second torpedo just bombed the ship, leaving a field of scrap and debris, and a smell of cardamine, and so Emilys pod could leave the area before the Navy would have seen her. No one knows where exactly her pod landed



Planet Manhattan, High Class District

2 years have passed since that incident; Emily was 19 years old now. And despite all her starting problems she was quite successful. Because of her beautiful figure and cute face she easily found a job at a model agency. Now she was living the life she wanted: Money, fashion, love, party, romance. But it was just not enough for her. It was getting boring. Very boring. She was missing the bad boys of Malta, like Leo. On Manhattan she only met high-class polite businessmen, and all that that was just not her world. So she got in touch with the Manhattan underground scene, thats were all the Mafiosi, gangsters, rappers, thieves and so on were spending their time.

Planet Manhattan, Bronx and suburbs

There she was, a model walking around like a prostitute, in a very short, very sexy dress and high heels. She was clubbing all day just to meet that special someone, someone like Leo. Well, today finally was her lucky day. She went into the bar Alcohol Coffin with her other model friends, when she suddenly saw a young man, who was looking a bit like Leo. He noticed her too, and began walking up to her. As he came nearer, Emily noticed he was wearing a rugged leather uniform of the Liberty Rogues. Her head said no but her heart said yes. She was smiling. They connected immediately, and had an unforgettable night. Take me out of this world. Emily whispered. And thats what the young Rogue named Logan did. The next morning, they both left Manhattan in his Werewolf, and they were flying to Buffalo Base.

Badlands, Buffalo Base

A month has passed since Emily moved in here. She quickly got accepted into the Rogues and has been taught how to fly fighters and gunboats. She was a pure natural, a pro, almost as good as Logan himself, who was the leader of the gang Pistols versus Knives. One day, a call from an allied smuggler reached Logan as he and Emily were passing through the Badlands. There was no time to call the others, so they quickly cruised to the location. When they arrived they wished they never came. Two Navy gunboats were heavily damaging a Pirate Train. They wanted to head back, but suddenly two other rogues came by. Yo, my name is Mike and this is Lea. Looks like were on our own, lets do the best out of this. said one of the rogues, and Logan agreed. So right now there were 2 Werewolves, an Eagle and a Mule against 2 Liberty Gunboats. They quickly taunted one of the GBs and took him down slowly while Lea, the pilot of the Eagle was taking the attention of the other GB. A well-placed mini razor shot of Emily turned the first GB to dust. The explosion was blending her eyes so she could not see the second GB, who suddenly launched a razor into her shields. Right now she was shield less, unprotected and she fell in panic. As the Gb fired its next razor, Emily closed her eyes for a moment. Its all over, she thought. But it was not, because Lea quickly drifted infront of her, letting the razor hit her Eagles shields. Emily opened her eyes and engaged cruise without any thoughts. She closed all comms and flew away from the battlefield. She was gone so fast that nobody could follow her. Logan watched his scanners when she suddenly disappeared into the black, deep space.
