Good point, but it is not possible. There are few thousands of bases in the game including the mod, so that is too expensive to hire thousands of different people to do voices. Anyway, my point is making voices for missions. I'm adding new missions and there will be new characters with new voices. But this is only if I'll find someone who is a mission coder.
