It's strang. The only faction have VHF in the original game are outcast, corsair, bounty hunter and CIVILANS :shok:.
Not realistic too! civilans can have class 10 weapons but in the modern reality weapons are ilegals : in germany, in U.K., in japan but ... not in U.S.A.

BORDER WORLD, not Outcast.
