No but really. Essentially something which works like dice.

Doesn't change stats, ships, etc etc. Basically just delivers a text message akin to the f1 bit to yourself and people around you that you have, based on some random chance, caught a case of the deep sleep.

Just a roleplaying gimmick tool thingie. The nice bit is that your kablammo is informed to other people.
