with the Blood Dragons, but supposedly enemies of the Corsair and close friends with the GC, which are OC allied (although I have seen some hostile threads going on, so not too sure about that any more - GC might be looking for some pewpew action). So where does that leave OC and Blood Dragons?

However, most of GC don't even tolerate OC piracy activities within Kusari borders, which gives Dragons green light to remove the nuisance while GC simply do their own thing and look away.

Again I think the GC-OC relations are sort of messed up. OC are simply drug dealers, not butt-buddy allies, because BD are already fulfilling that role.
