After Action Report:

Patrol start: 09:14

Immediately after undocking from Fort Bush, I stumbled on quite a mess in the 6k vicinity of Fort Bush, which quickly turned into a firefight. Two LCBO ships and several secondary fleet officers were interrogating some Rogues, namely Kallee and Mike.Ash about the contraband they carried and the threats they posed to traders. I joined them as backup, but the firefight broke out rather quickly.
To be honest, the whole scene was rather disastrous.

At 9:21 the [LCBO]-Avenger-[GB] was destroyed by Kallee's Bomber.
At 9:23 Kallee drifted into a clever trap of [LCBO]-Justice-[GB] and got a full forward salvo and evaporated.
I was confused why my shield dropped even when I just cleared from the enemy and soon noticed that a certain civilian Victoria.Lesley was the one opening fire on me. Asked for the reason she stated she wanted to collect some ominous bounty...
At 9:25 the Outcast gunboat Hit.Em.Up arrived.
At 9:27 Mike.Ash, heavily damaged and out of bats&bots, retreated using the tradelane...coward...
At 9:28 the [LCBO]-Justice-[GB] disappeared from all sensors, a noticeable rift in time/space caused the vessel to disappear...
A couple of minutes later LR-Provoked.Pain showed up in his Scimitar, though he left shortly later.
At 9:35 Osprey, a lawful mercenary, was destroyed by Hit.Em.up. Tewnty seconds later, Norman.O'Connor, a secondary LSF officer, was forced to eject by Victoria.Lesley.
As of now I alone was pitted against an Outcast Tridente, a Mercenary Sabre and a Rogue Scimitar. I decided to move into the vicinity and relative safety of Fort Bush, with them roaming 5k away, while I called for backup.
Lesley moved into the Debris Field, while LR-Provoked.Pain started negotiating with the Tridente on the terms under which the Tridente was free to pirate the lanes...

Three minutes later =Neo=, a secondary LSF officer, arrived and left to Manhattan again. Only minutes later I picked up him being in contact with Lesley, apparently, and decided to go check it out. When I passed the tradelane at 9:45 I found =Neo= roaming 3k next to the Lane, together with Victoria.Lesley and Lane Hacker Ophelia.Reemtsma, the latter sporting a Sabre, too. =Neo= demanded the relase of several hostages, which was denied and answered with insults. Neo's patience was at an end at 9:48 and he engaged the hostiles. In the meantime, BHG|Gilgamesh appeared, smelling a nice bounty, apparently. It soon became apparent that =Neo= wouldn't stand long against the two Sabres, so I joined the fray. As they began to evade and run as soon as I eliminated their shields and the fight was in danger of becoming endless, I soon asked Gilgamesh to join in and help shorten this up, also fearing that sooner or later criminal reinforcements might arrive.

At 9:55 LR-Provoked.Pain showed up again, but kept out of the fight for now. Soon later, Morgan.Donald, a secondary LN officer showed up too and helped us out. Also, a Phantom(!) named Rikard showed up, which Gilgamesh kept occupied, while Donald and me fought the two mercenaries.

About 3 minutes later, Provoked.Pain started to join the fray too. Donald and me concentrated on his light vessel first, eliminating it at 10:03.

At 10:09, Reemtsma's hull was close to breach and several oxygen tanks were on fire, so - the gentleman that I am - I offered a surrender. She took this small pause of hesitation to wipe out some small police patrols in the area with a Nuke to scrap some bots and bats and strengthen her ship again. Only 30 seconds later, Lesley put Donald out of action, pitting me alone against two full-strength Sabres. After three 3 minutes of sparring and mostly evading, it became clear they could handle their vessels to weel for me to do any harm, especially as they had no problems with wiping out the local patrols only to grab their bats&bots...so I moved back the 4k to Gilgamesh, who still was heavily engaged with the Phantom.

I helped him against the versatile Phantom, who tried to cruise his way out. Thanks to my Mosquitos, this option was invalidated and we took him out swiftly, with me landing the killing blow at 10:14. Admittedly, the Bounty Hunter did most of the work on this one before, so I granted him the right to claim the kill and me assist only. Lesley and Reemtsma used these two minutes that we were occupied with the Phantom to scatter and run off into the Debris field. However, at 10:15 I received a signal that Ophelia was put out of action by Lesley...probably they argued over some bounty or something, or Lesley just though she could pick up a lawful bounty as well, I have no idea.

I returned to Fort Bush to refit my vessel and did another patrol around New York, which went really quiet.

At 10:25, I arrived at Fort Bush again and ended my patrol.

Personally, a successful patrol, but overall we lost many secondary fleet ships today.

On another note, I'd like to apply for SWAT in order to be able to support engagements with large vessels better. Also, I'd like to request the clearance to test out a Magma Hammer ouftit on my Liberator vessel, as the Vengeance MkV simply don't cut it against quality-upgraded very heavy fighters. In a reasonable amount of time. I'm confident that my combat value would improve with a different weapon layout.
