So, i had just finished basic training with RO Spike Spiegel, and we both met up with Aiden Maggard[S] at Illinois for a quick tour of the system (Promised not to mention to much about our trip through the minefield)
Anyways, the tour beeing over, the good Maggard was kind enough to escort us on our first patrol.
Starting out in the NY system, we ran afoul with a small groups of Xeno's who had decided to take over one of the tradelanes and harraz all the civilians comming through it, then, just as we where about to get rough with them, a call came out about a Rheinlander beeing at Manhattan, so we rushed there, only to find that the Rheinlander wasnt even there anymore, and no one where even certain that he had been there.. Hmm..
Anyways, after that small incident, the Xeno's seemed to calm down, and we had more urgent business to attend to..
Distress Call about pirates in the Cali system.
We saw a pirate, flagged as police, how weird was that?
*Bleeeeep*
Nothing else to report...
Oh, and on a final note:
I escorted a civilian pilot this night, transporting slaves he claimed to have liberated from a nearby criminal outpost (Wonder how he got to it, if he was indeed lawfull)
But main point beeing, we got the slaves to Manhattan, in the hopes that they could be helped the best from there on out, and after we finished the run, the pilot mentioned to me, that he was part of a larger group, with the intend to liberate as many slaves as possible, and that they would like the LPI to take a stand, on how we (you) feel about the idea..
