Notification to the Corsair elders.

Konnichiwa honourable Elders,

I am Marusa Ryo, one of the Directors of Samura Heavy Industries.
Some of you might know my name, but most of you have likely only heard of my esteemed colleague Okada Kazuya.

However, the reason I am contact you is to inform you about the actions of one vessel flying the flags of your empire. One of our Captains reported an incident where he has been threatened and robbed by a vessel with the call-sign Empire|Preliator on the Honshu side of the Sigma-13 gate.
Seeing that the shipment in question was not headed to corsair space and it was only one individual, I'm not asking you to act yet. We will take care about him while he is in our backyard ourselves. Should he however be complaining about the treatment he received in Kusari space anytime soon, I'd like you to know how he had it coming himself. The according transmission logs are attached.
