Le Pimpernel entered the Bordel and took his usual seat in the corner, taking out a datapad he began to flip through files.
A message from the Brigand shipwrights caught his attention and he smiled as a set of blueprints appeared on the screen.
The chassis for his new gunboat had been complete for weeks but Le Pimpernel had still to finalise the interior specifications. These latest blueprints were almost spot on. The space for vast computer banks had been set aside as he had specified and his office was perfectly placed at the centre of the vessel. The living quarters left a little to be desired but given that the vessel also required a crew to keep it flying it was a neccessary sacrefice that could be easily made up for with a few luxuries.
He quickly tapped out a reply to the shipwrights office. "Go ahead with final construction."
Sitting back in his chair, he caught the eye of one of the serving girls and ordered his customary glass of wine before returning to his datapad.
