How do Police / Military pilots get paid?

It's not just in Liberty in fact in Kusari it's even worse. I come there often with my trader and the people I get to see there usually are:

Other traders
Hogosha
Farmers Alliance

I never ever saw a police in Kusari actually!

It's not worse in Kusari, that's just how the bizzare roleplay works there.

The Police and Naval Forces just aren't active enough.


And the Hogosha and Farmers Alliance are overconfident due to the lack of Blood Dragons and Chyrsanthemums.

If you wanna fix it, play a BD or GC.
