How do Police / Military pilots get paid?

- because 6 military factions per one house is just plain stupid and 6 pirate groups per house is not
- because (in NY) everyone buys a LABC and thinks they are invincible, and the pirates usualy prove them wrong in a matter of a few minutes
- because instead of making a lawful character to even up the ratio, people go and make a thread like this
- because a lawful character means loss in monetary means unless you find a smuggler
