Guten tag, proud officers of the LPI. As the prime executive of the shares that is the Liberty Police Incorporated, I am going to bestow upon all of you a pay raise for a certain problem that has been festering for too long. They hold a name of villainy and terror. They are:

Their recent step up of activities and continued use of wanton terrorism has been sickening. Every day I go through Liberty, mein herren, I feel great sorrow at seeing innocent men and women plundered and raped by these vehement scum.

As of now, every Rogue is a top priority target. Any confirmed kills on a Rogue will be awarded with a five million credit pay raise that increases with each kill.
