Intelligence services in Disco are not like they are in RL. Look at the LSF for example, and the example that is most used because it was the only intelligence service before 4.85. LSF spends time hunting pirates, and fighting with criminals in Liberty, this is not what we would think of a RL intelligence service doing, but this is Disco, not real life.

Gold wing is not an intelligence service, as I understand it, it's a strike team for the Liberty Navy.
