Example, if a russian SU 47 was flying over US airspace without proper authorization -and that sort of authorization probably comes down from the senate or USAF high command-. It would probably be shot down..

We should have been shot down, we weren't. So that means two things, either the Liberty Gov or [LN] command gave us the permission.
