' Wrote:You've had a year to appeal, or ask for laws in the very case you're raging against. Why now, when it appears the case hasn't gone away like you'd hoped, do you choose to kick up a fuss?
Do you honestly expect the various House representatives to draw up full legal systems, just so you can avoid paying your sentence?
In this case you have no defense anyway. the CR slandered the IND claiming they'd faked a contract, one in which CR members participated. So yeah, whether or not there is a system in place, you're still guilty. Man up and pay your dues.
Please, for the love of god, point me to the laws that govern slander in Liberty?
Specifically, the evidence required, the location of slander taking place, the damage to public image, the relevant punishments/resolutions.
There is a huge defense here, that it wasn't slander.
Who's to say the contract wasn't faked?
The IND bloody own the neural net, how could that not be conflict of interest?
If we're applying common sense, the people who own the neural net could very easily have made up everything.
There are no checks and balances available, when we asked for the laws to be given to us we were basically told to go away.
There are always defenses, to every allegation and every accusation.
You are never automatically fully guilty, ever.
Law is entirely about wording and about how things are written.
Common sense does not come into it, the written law and precedent is all that matters.
Without any written law, how the hell can someone even be brought to trial?
You need to reference the laws to even do that. Yet the laws don't exist.
I don't give a toss about it being between the CR and IND, they are just factions.
I do give a toss about it being blatant powergaming.
