The inserted Luxury Liner model on Baltimore Shipyard still has an undock point on it.

As a result, ships can dock on Baltimore, and undock from the apparently moored but non-attached Luxury Liner.

If this is intended... okay then. Made it a little tricky for my Shetland. If it's not, then here's the bug report post. :P
