pirates rule the ny and other hauses CAPITAL SYSTEM , ask your self is it so easy for just couple of pirates taking over A CAPITAL SYSTEM WHERE THE ENTIRE FLEET STANDS, a guy comes and decimate entire fleets thats now bull.in my opininon police npcs should have benn enhacted and supported with more number, fire power, ai intelligence becouse pirate npcs are playing harder, more so you should give more reason to your players to be a navy or police, we are getting sloughred out there,
EVEN MORE MOST OF POLICES DONT CARE, in one day i was purusing a guy thats pirating and caring allied pilots, i saw a police BUT HE DIDINT MOVE FOR SQUAT INFACT HE LEADED ME INTO THE WRONG WAY, i had to come back and return to the patrol, lucky i found and owned that sob that is all
