the nomad "revival" is now "hot" so i think there is a way to work


they maybe can work doing Nomad invasions, of systems close or related to nomad ones.

Maybe after some number of invasions (a big one), the system invaded can fall into their hads, so in that way factions can try to get the advantage and retake that systems, with another BIG number of battles.

this can be done with other wars between factions (the main problem for that we need more frecuent updates).

if some1 creates a nomad faction that only will serve, for revenges and so on....not for a RP obj (that happ before).

the invasion system has one advantage, the server can be adviced and non combatants can leave the server (so it wont overload and crash).

the battle could be...transmited to a chat system outside the server (like some utilities in websites that work for irc for example), maybe even, to do this more friendly we can make bids so only the ppl looking the battle can do the bids (first kill, last kill winner, and so on).

the final stage (hard one) could be a direct video system (some1 film the battle and ppl can see it in direct).

the "invasions" can be announced with enough time (30 mins or so), to dock, or enlist mercs or friends to the battles.

Right now im looking for video programms to make demos like the ones in half life and counter strike, the system in HL (i dont remember its name now), has a failure, ppl dont get involved in the battles, so many dont look at them, thats why i wrote about the bids.....

if we limit the number of ppl inside the server to 60 or so, casual gamers coming inside can be advised to leave or to kick them.
