I suppose you didn't expect us to get in touch with you, neither us thought that too; but we are in the need to do so. We have a very important buyer that requires our convoys to pass through your home system, at least that's what we have charted. We require a temporary 7 days passage through Omicron Delta, from Omega 41 to Omicron Delta, where our client will be waiting for us.
Of course we are not just asking kindly, we are willing to pay for the permission to go through your space, so name your price, our initial offer is giving you credits, but perhaps you require something else...

Of course we can do it the old way, but a discussion with the Board of Directors concluded that we didn't lose anything trying to contact you, we need a quick answer, and that both parties have something to win form a temporary deal.
