Before we will get to any kind of refunding we need to have evidance of your pilot equiring the license from one of our pilots. Please present the evidance showing that and we will discuss this problem futher. So far I have no such report on my desk...maybe it's not yet delivered still if you would like to resign from getting said license we will refund you.
To do that send us the evidance of transfered license fee.
Also please note that current status in license office is temporary and is going to be solved in matter of days. We are currently awaiting for official license and Bretonia Law Codex update. All actions that we are currently taking are there to improve safety of our guests and Bretonian citizen. We are not trying to somehow hurt our economics OR to hurt our relations with Liberty corporations, especialy with Ageira Technologies. We trust that you can understand our motives and will get back to your case as soon as it is possible.
