@ Morrigan: Don't care what the cargo is or how much the trader has in his bank. If he meets my demands (usually 2 mil), we both fly away happy.

That's a standard toll you've come up with and I don't have a problem with that. One of my trading characters would probably pay it, the other would likely run since he never has that much money. I was originally commenting on the idea that pirates are "entitled" to a set percentage of a trading character's worth - quite silly.
