Bretonian Restricted Goods Licensing

I would like to renew our licenses request. Our first request was made just before the sadly Freeport 1 event.
Note that we deplore all violation of laws and thus we intend to respect all Bretonian laws.
Concerning Omega-1 system, we will respect the same laws that Zoners of Freeport 1 use to follow.
I also would like to add that Tomoe was not belonging to ZTC, she was a member of ZDF and was know for her kind of special behaviour. In contrary, we expect Omicroners to behave as perfect lawful pilots in Bretonia space. Here is the old request, Faction name and Tags have been edited:

In name of Omicroners I would like to purchase for our (]o[) vessels the 4 following corporative licenses:

Military Material License:
Nuclear Devices, Black Market Munitions, Light Arms, Plutonium, and Military Vehicles
Humanitarian Aid License:
Human Organs, Pharmaceuticals, Food Rations, Water and Oxygen
Gaian Research License:
Gaian Wildlife
Nomad and Non-Terrestrial License:
Minor Nomad Brain(s), Superior Nomad Brain(s), Nomad(s), Nomad Cannon(s), Nomad Blaster(s), Nomad Thruster(s), Nomad Power Cell(s), Any other Nomad equipment, such as Capital Ship Nomad Turrets, Alien Organisms

I would like to add that the military license will mostly be used to supply Lanzarote base in plutonium and nuclear devices. Humanitarian aid license will be used to help refugees in Holman Outpost situated in Tau-31 (our diplomats are currently in discussion with Bretonia government about this point) but also to supply in basic goods our stations situated in omicron-theta and omicron-74. About Gaian Wildlife, we don't plan to import massive stock of it, only a few specimen will be studied by our scientists in Corinth Research Station.
Finally, concerning Nomad and Non-Terrestrial license, this license seems not to be available for corporations. However, Zoners Trading Consortium is a net producer/exporter of alien organisms and some of our clients state in Bretonia. Moreover, profits made from exportations of alien organisms represent a large part in our economic trade balance. For that reasons we really need to purchase a corporative license. Note that this license would be used essentially to transport alien organisms because we are not really interested to trade nomad remains or nomad technologies.

Now let us talk about price:
Total cost for the first three licenses is 39 000 000 credits.
I make an offer of 25 000 000 credits for a nomad & non-terrestrial products corporative license.
If you agree it would make a total of 64 000 000 credits.
