Mr. Keynes, I have returned with the signature of our Director of Trade, Rudolph Steiger. Consider this contract in effect beginning November 1st. We'll let you know as shipments are delivered.

Omicron Supply Industries (henceforth referred to as OSI) agrees to supply Ames Research Station in Kepler with the following goods, amounts and at the following prices above what is requested from Station Vendor Operations.

• Food Rations - 10,000 units - 60 SC/unit
  
• Water - 10,000 units - 30 SC/unit
  
• Oxygen - 10,000 units - 25 SC/unit
  
• H-Fuel - 25,000 units - 1500 SC/unit
  
• Consumer Goods - 10,000 units - 200 SC/unit
  
• Pharmaceuticals - 15,000 units - 250 SC/unit
  

Monthly Commodity Cost: 44,400,000 Sirian Credits

• + 5,600,000 SC in labor and equipment charges
  

Total Cost Per Month: 50,000,000 Sirian Credits

Solomon Keynes, the current administrator of Ames Research Station, agrees to pay this monthly cost of 50,000,000 credits after the entire shipment for the month has been completed and proof has been delivered in the form of cargo scans with time stamps at Ames. Payment is to be delivered in full to the account OSI-Solar.Breeze and proof of payment provided back to OSI Corporate. Payment must be made by the last calendar day of the month.

The term of this contract is two months, and covers shipments for November and December. The contract goes into effect November 1 and terminates as of January 1, unless both parties agree to extend the term.
