Over a long distance, you learn about the strength of your ship; over a long period of time, you get to know what's in a person's heart. Kruger'€™s heart has waned from its path and I wish to right the course of this troubled ship. I would be honored if Samura would help be a part of that rebuilding of Kruger. My offer is simple.

A contract for mining 100,000 ore in total, of silver ore from the Kruger fields.

Contract Alpha is a straight forward, simple contract, with less to calculate. Contract Beta may work out to your advantage if say you own an ryuujin but it'€™s equipped a level CAU8 armor. Either way you still make one heck of a profit. We can reestablish Kruger and it opens our doors to more contracts in the future.

Conditions:

1. Only Kruger tagged, [KM] & Kruger|- with Kruger IFF and proper ID'€s ships can mine for Samura in this contract. We will provide a list of miners involved in the contract, less independent miners take advantage of the situation.
2. Only Samura Tagged, IFF, and ID'€™ed ship are allowed to take part in this contract.
(These last two are best to give to one another over private communication channels to avoid confusion.)
3. Breaking Rheinalnd law or violating its embargo will result in the default of the contract, and a fine of 40 million payable to Kruger
4. All miners will be paid prior to each mining transaction for the selected ship.
5. If --mined ore-- is lost before completion of each transaction, Kruger will be responsible for restarting the same transaction for the Samura ship and will not count towards the total goal.
6. Once the transaction is complete, the responsibility will fall on Samura for completion of delivery.
7. If a transaction is ended abruptly by Samura for non combat reasons, that transaction will be considered complete and safe delivery falls on Samura to complete.
8. We define Transaction as: The initial start of a mining operation for one Samura ship until it is full to capacity or has terminated mining operations due to non-combat reasons.
9. Kruger will keep a record of the total amount of mined ore with time stamp here, to ensure the numbers agree with yours.

Security:
We know of the volatile situation In Omega 7. We also know even two heavily armed Corsair Gunboats would rather avoid a fight with three Akegatas and two miners. There are a lot of variables to consider when defending the field. The more ships in the area the more likely there will be pirates. We can'€™t guarantee safety for your transports through to New Tokyo the same way our miners face peril each day. We can count on the occasional Rheinalnd police and military support, but not always. I would suggest arming your transports with less than 6 guns have a primary small turret load out and the heavier armed transports keep a mixture of Type 2s and Type 4'€™s. Again, know what you'€™re comfortable with. They are your ships after all.
I have no idea the number or status of defensive ships available to Samura in Kusari. I will open a dialog with Rheinland military to allow Kusari class Gunboats to provide additional escort duties to your transports. If you wish to open a dialogue with the military, by all means.
